How do I get a quote?

Use the quote form, call us, or text. For most homes we can quote in five minutes over text once we know the bedroom and bathroom count and your zip code.

Do I have to be home?

No. Most regular clients leave a key, code, or smart-lock instruction. We log in and out, send a finish photo, and re-arm any alarm system you tell us about.

What products do you use?

Our default is a professional commercial line that performs well and rinses cleanly. If you prefer EPA Safer Choice or fragrance-free, we have those on the truck. If you want us to use your own products, leave them on the counter and we will.

Are you insured?

Yes. Morning Star Cleaning Services carries general liability and workers compensation. For commercial accounts we can list your property manager or landlord as additional insured on the certificate.

Do you background-check your staff?

Every team member passes a criminal background check before their first shift and re-verification annually.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the visit with no fee. Inside 24 hours, we bill 50% of the visit so the crew is paid for the held slot.

What if something is missed?

Text us a photo within 24 hours of the cleaning and we return to re-clean that specific area at no charge. That is our 24-hour re-clean guarantee.

Do you take pets into account?

Yes. Tell us about pets when booking. We adjust products if your pet has sensitivities, and we close doors to keep cats and dogs where you ask us to.

How do I pay?

Credit card or ACH for residential, ACH or check for commercial. For recurring residential, the card on file is charged the day of service.

Do you tip the cleaners?

Tipping is not expected, ever, and never split with the company. If you want to leave one, it goes 100% to the crew that cleaned your home.
