What is included

Our residential service is the everyday cleaning most homes need on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence. We dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, change linens on request, and leave the house presentable end to end. Same lead cleaner whenever possible so your home is never reset by a new face.

• Dusting of all reachable surfaces, including baseboards and window sills
• Vacuum carpets and rugs, mop hard floors
• Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, microwave inside and outside
• Bathrooms: tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, fixtures
• Make beds and change linens when laundered sheets are left out
• Empty trash, replace liners, light tidying of common areas

What is not included by default

• Inside the oven and inside the fridge (available as add-on)
• Interior windows above ladder height
• Heavy organizing or hauling
